Raising senior project financing
- Evoyo aims to accelerate the European energy transition by turning every home into an e-home (a home of the future, packed with sustainable heat and energy systems);
- For a fixed monthly fee, all equipment needed for your e-home are installed and serviced by Evoyo. This can be done for new or existing build;
- In 2020, Avaxa was engaged by Evoyo to assist in raising senior project financing to facilitate further growth;
- Avaxa assisted in financial modelling, commercial negotiations and in drafting the financing agreement; and
- Following a smooth process, the desired amount of project financing was raised, enabling Evoyo to further pursue its growth strategy.
