After successful careers in wholesale banking and international advisory firms we made a conscious move towards entrepreneurship. Inspired by the numerous companies that we have worked with in the past, since the inception of Avaxa in 2016 we have had the ambition to build a new and leading independent debt advisory boutique. A boutique that is top of mind with Dutch corporates, (internationalizing) family businesses, Private Equity and its portfolio companies and semi-public companies when it comes to ‘triple A’ advice in the field of debt advisory, financial restructuring and capital structure advisory.
Exactly doing that is what energizes us on a daily basis.
