Refinancing
- Looye Kwekers is, with its Honey tomatoes and JOYN brands, one of the Netherlands' top tomato growers;
- In Q4 2018, Avaxa assisted Looye with its refinancing process and extending its maturing financing facilities;
- Following a competitive process, Looye was able to close the refinancing well before year-end, realizing substantially better terms and conditions than it had in its existing financing package, including more financial and operational flexibility; and
- The new financing package further enabled Looye to execute its strategy of growth.
