Raising financing to facilitate the acquisition by Forte Capital
- W&O Products (‘W&O’) is an international trading company specialized in hobby, games and crafts products (for children). As of 1992, W&O develops and imports a wide variety of products which are sold on to the European market. W&O develops products for well-known licenses, such as Disney and Nickelodeon, for private labels of various large retail chain and for its own brands Craft Universe and Toy Universe;
- In October 2020, Avaxa was engaged by Forte Capital to assist in the financing raise for the (potential) acquisition of a majority of the shares of W&O Products;
- Forte Capital, is an independent investment firm, focussed on medium sized companies in the manufacturing, technological, chemical and real estate market. Forte Capital offers these businesses the ability to accelerate growth and to realize untapped potential.
- Avaxa developed an information package including a Bank Presentation and a Request for Proposal to provide to potential Lenders;
- Following a competitive process, committed acquisition financing was realized, enabling W&O and its new shareholder to further pursue its growth and acquisitive strategy;
