Restructuring of existing facilities
- RedStar, family owned for more than 65 years, grows, packages and sells pure, fresh, tasty tomatoes all year round;
- Beginning of 2017 Avaxa was engaged to assist Redstar in the financing discussions with the incumbent lender to finance the required investments in the newly built greenhouses in Dinteloord;
- This resulted into an amendment of the existing financing package which enabled RedStar to pursue its strategy of further growth
