Raising financing to facilitate the acquisition of Avit Group and Wingmen
- In October 2021, Avaxa was engaged by Quadrum Capital, an independent Dutch private equity firm focused on in Dutch medium-sized companies, to assist in raising financing to facilitate the acquisition of Avit Group and Wingmen;
- The transaction is aimed at buying Avit Group and Wingmen, who are both active as network integrator and managed service providers in the Netherlands and Denmark respectively;
- The two companies will be integrated by the Quadrum Capital to act as the foundation for a new buy-and-build platform for a specialized network of Cisco Gold-certified integrators and managed service providers in Europe;
- Avaxa developed an information package for the potential Lenders including a Request for Proposal, Term Sheet and Financial Projections / Base Case financial model;
- Given tight deadlines Avaxa ran an efficient yet highly competitive financing process to ensure timely Committed Term Sheets with attractive terms & conditions. Part of the financing structure is a Committed Acquisition Facility to ensure sufficient firepower to be able to act swiftly on add-on opportunities in the market; and
