Amendment of term loan and bank guarantee facilities
- Oceanco is a world-class builder of custom superyachts in the 80–140 meters range. Its internationally active client base consists of ultra-high net worth individuals;
- Avaxa assisted Oceanco in amending its existing debt package, including bank guarantee facilities;
- Avaxa was engaged in 2020/2021 and assisted Oceanco in the financial modelling, the development of several potential financial solutions which resulted into a Request for Amendments acceptable for all financial stakeholders With our hands on and tight process management we realised a very attractive transaction for Oceanco;
- This amendment provided Oceanco with additional operational headroom and enabled Oceanco to further execute its strategy.
