Refinancing
- Looye Kwekers is, with its Honey tomatoes and JOYN brands, one of the Netherlands' top tomato growers;
- By the end of 2019 Avaxa was engaged to explore the financing options for strategic initiatives, resulting into a Refinancing process in the first half of 2020;
- Amidst the challenging financing market circumstances (resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic) Looye Kwekers was able to successfully refinance its financing package with ABN AMRO which allowed Looye Kwekers to continue to pursue its strategy of growth.
